OPTION 2:

TIME BASED BOOKING

FOR UPTO 2 ARTISTS

  • 2 HOURS UNRESTRICTED: Pay equal to 5 basic services per artist

  • 3 HOURS UNRESTRICTED: Pay equal to 6 basic services per artist

​

FOR 3 OR MORE ARTISTS

OR IF BRIDAL IS BOOKED WITH US

  • 2 HOURS UNRESTRICTED: Pay equal to 4 basic services per artist

  • 3 HOURS UNRESTRICTED: Pay equal to 5 basic services per artist

​

TERMS FOR UNRESTRICTED SERVICE

  • All services done by the artist within  specified period are included in this charge

  • Start time will be time of start of first service or 15 min after booked start time, whichever is earlier

  • Change of booking start time must be communicated at least 2 hours in advance

  • If any services are started after end of booking time or are completed more than 15 min after end of booking time, an additional charge of 1 basic service per hour per artist will be applied

  • You can estimate the typical number of services done per artist using the SERVICE DEFINITION section above

OPTION 3:

GUEST PAID SERVICES 

As a wedding host, you may wish to ensure availability of hair and makeup services for your guests, with the guests paying for their own services

​

However, guests are individually not able to meet our minimum booking requirements

​

In this case, you can arrange these services by simply

  1. booking us under Option 1 or Option 2

  2. asking us to charge the guests

  3. topping up any shortfall (minimum booking amount under Option 1 or total booking amount under Option 2)

​

DETAILS

​

OPTION 1A (we charge our regular rates) 

  1. You book a specific number of artists under Option 1

  2. We charge the guests directly at OUR rates

  3. If the amount we collect is lower than the minimum booking amount, you simply need to pay the difference

​

OPTION 1B (you decide the rates) 

  1. You book a specific number of artists under Option 1

  2. You ask us to charge a lower rate and pay the difference per service (for example, if a basic service is Rs. 2,000, you can ask us to charge Rs. 1,500 from the guest and pay 500 to us directly). This gives you the flexibility to offer services at attractive rates to your guests by picking up a small part of the cost 

  3. If the total amount for the services (calculated at our rates) is lower than the minimum booking amount, you simply need to pay the difference

​

OPTION 2

  1. You book a specific number of artists for a specific period (say 3 hours)

  2. You decide the price we should charge per service

  3. You TOP UP any shortfall in the total amount as per Option 2

​

WHICH IS BETTER?

  1. You can choose any of the options either before, during or even after the booking

  2. We can help you calculate to amount due under both options after the services are complete, and you can pay the lower of the two

​

WHAT ELSE?

You can also choose to pay the full amount for specific guests (for example, immediate family or close friends) by simply providing us a list of these guests. We will charge the other guests, but not the ones from the list.
